Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all guests and to protect my schedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service cost.
